What's New at Innovative
Throughout the past several years the packaging industry as a whole has felt the impact of a soft economy, while many companies have experienced little or no growth whatsoever.
Innovative on the other hand did something that most other packaging companies were unable to do: reverse the trends associated with a soft economy, increase sales, and attract new clientele. OMET Varyflex - The Omet Varyflex-670 in-line Flexo can print eight colors in either UV or Aqueous based inks. The press is also able to print one color (in-line) on the inside of the carton.
Value: Capable of producing fine graphics and seamless solids while at the same time efficiently printing one color on the inside of the carton “in-line.” |

Creo ThermoFlex Mid direct to plate flexo system - The Creo ThermoFlex Mid direct to plate flexo system was developed specifically for the unique requirements of the packaging industry. Combined with the DuPont FAST Plate system, Innovative has created a powerful front end support system for the Omet press.
Value: In-house plate making is critical for maintaining process control and allows for flexibility in production scheduling. The DuPont FAST Plate system insures high quality printing and increased press performance.
